For what purposes do we process your data and what legitimizes us to do so?

By filling out registration, booking, or contact forms, sending emails, or calling us, your personal data becomes the responsibility of FSESTRUCTURAS SLP.

Your data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • To provide our services, manage facility bookings and related services. When the data subject purchases our products or services, we must process their personal data to manage and coordinate the commercial relationship and deliver the contracted services. The legal basis is the contract we establish with the client.
  • To communicate commercially with clients and interested parties by any means. We use electronic communication with our clients based on our legitimate interest in offering products and services similar to those initially contracted and informing them about our activities and events (Art. 21 LSSICE). When a client requests information or has an issue with our products, services, or activities, we will process their data to identify them, make contact, and provide the necessary information or resolution. This is based on the data subject’s consent or a contractual relationship.
  • To share media from events and activities. Images published on our website and social media are used to showcase our products and services. We obtain the subject’s consent (verbally or in writing). You may object at the time of collection or later through the process described in the “What are your rights?” section.
  • To ensure the security of people and facilities via video surveillance systems. These are in place for safety and are appropriately indicated with signage at access points to the monitored areas.

In particular, providers of additional services at our facilities may access booking contact details to coordinate and deliver their services.
